Hawke's Bay is one of New Zealand's oldest wine regions and classic Bordeaux varietals do exceptionally well there. This rosé is made from Merlot and Malbec and will offer ripe apple, strawberry, watermelon and tangy citrus notes. Perfect for summer salads or grilled seafood.
